This cottage is an independent barn surrounded by 3 hectars of fields and land and with a lovely small swimming pool (8x4 meters). It is a part of the large farm estate that comprises Casa Pieve, Casa Presciano, Casa Giglio and Villa Loggia ( Villa Loggia and Villa Noce are within walking distance )
The location is hilly facing the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Outside the Villa there is a nice pergola equipped with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dinners.

On two floors.
Ground floor: two twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilett.
