Situated on the outer edge of a tiny hamlet, 7 km from Buonconvento and 30 km South of Siena.
Buonconvento is a little known but delightful town, with its small old fashioned shops still offering the personal service that makes buying the week’s supplies such a pleasure.

From the Villa there is a splendid wide panorama, typical of Tuscan countryside and at night the lights of Montalcino twinkle enticingly on the horizon.
At guests disposal there is the spacious garden with cypress trees, a swimming pool in secluded position and barbecue with dining area.

Villa: ( 8 people) 260 sqm
On two floors.
Ground floor: one double bedroom (queen size bed); three twin bedrooms; four shower bathrooms (3 bathrooms are ensuite).
First floor: two kitchens, each furnished with oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge/freezer, in one of them there is also a dishwasher; two toiletts; a tv room and the living room with fireplace.
