Beautifully restored country house with a great deal of warmth and charm. Located in secluded position, affords great views across the Valdarno valley that stretches from Florence to Rome with the Appenini mountains as a dramatic backdrop to the countryside.

The landscape surrounding the house are olive groves and vineyards, and allow plenty of space to wander and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the property's extensive grounds.
The hills above are graced by the old pilgrims trail lined with seven antique hamlets, topped by Vallombrosa. There is a private 12 x 6 metre pool fully furnished with sund beds and umbrellas.

Inside, the traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors are highlighted by lovely furnishings and walls painted in rich pastels.
The double doors from the lounge area lead out to a large terrace furnished both with tables and chairs for al fresco meals and comfortable loungers for afternoons in the sunshine.

Ground floor:Fitted kitchen equipped with oven, gas hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Living room with beautiful old fire place, large dining room with dining table that seats twelve.
Double bedroom, although the smallest of the bedrooms there is an impressive four-poster bed, with en suite small W.C cabin.

First floor: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
1 small bathroom and 1 Large bathroom ( decorated with hand painted terracotta tiles, there is a full size bath tub which includes a whirl pool and a shower fitting ) are placed in the corridor.
2 Bedrooms are twin bedded, 2 bedrooms are triple ( 1 double bed + 1 single ).
One of the triple bedrooms has ensuite bathroom and large balcony.
