Elegant villa from the 18th century that has been restored into a high quality holiday home.
The owners have carried out an accurate and rigorous renovation using only materials recovered from the surrounding area and period while ensuring a structure which respects the norms of bio-architecture.
It is furnished to a high standard with many antiques, original paintings and Persian carpets. All modern comforts, including air-conditioning, are provided.

The external walls are covered with typical local stone as are almost all the surrounding houses, conserving the original aspect of the building as when it was constructed more than 200 years ago.
It is ideally positioned in the countryside just a short distance from Monsummano Terme and Montecatini Terme, two towns famous for their thermal baths. Also within easy reach are many of the historical towns of Tuscany such as Florence.
The private villa has large pretty grounds which also include woodlands and olive groves.

In the garden there is a shady pergola with table for outdoor dining and on a lower level a large pool with hydro massage.
The villa looks out over typical Tuscan countryside - hills and olive groves, woods of chestnut and oak trees - all immersed in an oasis of silence.

The owners live close by in a separate villa with their own garden, pool and parking. They are available to provide you with information about the area or any other help should you require. This Villa is privately and independently accessed and does not share any space with owners.

Villa: ( 15 people) 500 sqm
Ground floor: Two fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, oven, gas hobs, microwave and dishwasher. The larger one has a pizza oven and a dining table for 8. There are two separate dining areas, one seats 6 and the other has a beautiful wooden table that seats 14.
Two comfortable lounges with fireplaces. TV room with double sofa bed and Sat TV that leads into the billiard room. Two bathrooms both with Jacuzzi shower and a small laundry.
Above the larger dining room there is a loft with a bedroom with 2 single beds, the bathroom is downstairs.
First floor: sleeping area with 6 bedrooms.
