The villa consists of 7 independent apartments all connected by a central corridor. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which includes electric hobs, small oven, percolator, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. They all have a sitting area with sat TV and a dining area
The ground floor has 3 apartments, one of which is accessed externally and is not connected to any of the other apartments. This small apartment has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a private furnished terrace and a bathroom with shower. These two apartments are easily accessible for the handicapped.
The other two apartments on the ground floor can be entered from the main corridor or from the garden. Both of these spacious apartments have a furnished terrace and also a double sofa bed in the sitting area. The apartment on the left has twin beds in each room while the apartment on the right has one double bedroom and one room with twin beds. Each has two bathrooms with a shower. These two apartments have fireplaces and characteristic vaulted terracotta ceilings.
On the first floor you find the other 4 apartments. One is a beautiful large and spacious apartment with two pretty double bedrooms. This apartment has a typical fireplace with benches. In one of the bedrooms the original frescos has been carefully restored providing an enchanting atmosphere to the bedroom. From here there is access to a furnished terrace. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a tub and hand shower.
On the other side of the corridor there is another apartment with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The ceilings are decorated giving an authentic feel to the rooms. From the sitting area there is access to a private furnished terrace. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a shower and the other with a tub and hand shower.
Up a couple more steps in the corridor you get to the fifth apartment. Entering it you find yourself in a corridor with bathrooms on the right, one bathroom has a shower and the other a tub with hand shower. The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, it also has a small sitting and cooking area. The frescos on the ceilings have been well restored respecting their original characteristics. All the windows from this apartment have good views.
The seventh apartment is accessed from an internal furnished terrace at the end of the central corridor. It is the smallest apartment and consists of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The sitting and cooking area is small but adequate.
The twin bedrooms can be made into double bedrooms only on request when booking. If you do not request this when booking the rooms will be found as described.
The dining area at the reception is only for use if the owner prepares the meals. During your stay there will be someone present at the reception area to assist you with all queries.
