The ground floor consists of a spacious dining/living room with fireplace and a French door leading to the terrace; a kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine); tv room.
There are four specular apartments: two on the first and two on the second floor.
Each consists of a living room with kitchen corner (oven, cooker, fridge/freezer) and double sofa bed; one double bedroom (queen size bed); one bathroom with shower.
All the apartments have traditional features such as brick ceilings with beams and terracotta floors. Each is furnished with a pleasant mix of contemporary and antique furniture in typical Tuscan country style.

At the back of the house guests have their own private garden, where the swimming pool is set and a large terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out.
